RentMate

RentMate is a property management platform built by Techmate Solutions for landlords, property managers and letting agencies across Kenya. It brings tenants, leases, rent collection and maintenance into one place, so managing a portfolio of units doesn't mean juggling spreadsheets, paper files and phone calls.

We're building RentMate the same way we approach every client engagement, grounded in how property is actually managed locally, from M-Pesa rent payments to the day-to-day back-and-forth with tenants and caretakers.

What RentMate does

• Tenant & lease management: keep tenant details, lease terms and renewal dates organized and easy to find.
• Rent invoicing & online payment collection: including M-Pesa, so rent gets tracked and reconciled automatically.
• Maintenance request tracking: tenants log issues, you assign and follow them through to resolution.
• Landlord financial reporting: see income, arrears and expenses per unit or across your whole portfolio.
• Multi-property portfolio dashboard: manage one building or many from a single view.

Early access

RentMate is currently in early access. We're onboarding a first group of landlords and agencies now to shape the product before general availability.
